Demo or Real Account?

Both Demo or Real Account has the same price on chart. But there are some differences in functions. We can trade on demo to test and train our system and strategy so that we can ensure that it can run very well to earn profit or still need to fix because it is still get more loss than profit.

When we have got new system manually or automated, better we do some experiments in demo account and if it can work well for its system and capital management for some months then we can continue to run it in real account.

If we have been ready for the real account then this is a time for us to run the system and it is still training for ourselves in psychology. Although we have been successful in demo account and earn much profit, net necessarily we can be successful in the real account because of emotion problem. Psychology play the different role between demo account and real trading.

In demo account we feel nothing when we are getting loss even margin call. But in the real account small running loss will influence our emotion then we will do some action such as taking small profit and let the big loss run.

Well, this is only the first step for beginner to open the door of forex world so that they know about the high risk and struggle to the dangerous business.
